A meeting of the whole church family takes place at least four
times a year to discuss and review the life of the church while
seeking to know the mind of God concerning the church.
It is at these gatherings that leaders are appointed and major
matters of finance are dealt with.
New members are accepted and any necessary matters of church
discipline are considered.
All this takes place in the context of worship and prayer.
