The Vision?
The following was part of Stuart
Woodward's sermon on 4th September

The people of God knitted together by the
Spirit demonstrating that all barriers come
down in Jesus. We model Heaven’s values
and know Heaven’s power so we are to
grow in holiness and effectiveness, the
society in which we are placed (and far
beyond) being transformed by our presence.
A people constantly filled with the Spirit and
ministering in His power and gifting,
committed to experiencing the glory of God
in worship together, and our everyday living
being a continuation of that worship.
A people committed to the scriptures and
founded on the timeless truths of God’s
word.
A people expecting the rainstorm of revival
and preparing in terms of how we structure
ourselves as a church to cope as best we
can with discipling the influx.
A church committed to enlarging the
physical space for our gatherings so that this
influx can be accommodated to a greater
measure and, because 80% of our people
come from within a mile and half radius, we
look to do this first on our present site.’
